After we get all the big speculators taught not to skin the little speculators-- and all the big truck drivers taught to go fifty-fifty with the small car drivers-- and when all the powerful nations don't take advantage of the smaller nations any more-- then we'll have to send missionaries down to teach the big fish not to eat the little fish.
